I have added Lecture 12, The Challenges of Decision-Making:  Organizational Processes, to the Documents section.  In the Practitioners Hour we will discuss crisis decision-making and the 9/11 case.  We will also tour the Global Collaboratory to prepare for next week's presentations.   Tomorrow I will post the (optional) take-home final examination on the
syllabus Web page.

>> This evening I will return your policy options papers.  In the first part of the class period, we will discuss Feminist IR, and in the Practitioners Hour we will watch chapters from The Fog of War.   Be sure that you have read, Locher, Birgit and Elisabeth Prűgl (2001). "Feminism and Constructivism: Worlds Apart or Sharing the Middle Ground?" International Studies Quarterly, 45:111-130. >> I would like to invite you to dinner at my house, 326 Berkeley Drive in Syracuse.  I will divide the class into two groups:  Group A will meet at 6:00 PM on Tuesday 8 April and Group B will meet at 6:00 PM on Tuesday 22, which is Mayfest (no classes meet formally).
