Tips for writing a policy memo

Examples from previous cases

The following examples are taken from an older case that is no longer used. Each includes my comments on the memo's strong and weak points. The assignment involved indifference curves, which we have not yet covered. However, even if the economic analysis is unfamiliar, the examples help illustrate the techniques to writing an effective policy memo.
