Extra Credit Speakers
If you attended an
extra credit event, please follow the
directions to get extra credit. This will
be submitted to the Extra Credit Director
who will review your response and
e-mail you indicating how many points of
extra credit you received. If you are
submitting this form for extra credit from
donating blood, please skip Step Two.
Directions:

Use
The
Daily Orange,
Syracuse
University News,
SUEvents, and
the
Maxwell School Online Calendar links to find a speaker
involved in public policy. If unsure a speaker will qualify for
extra credit, email Bonnie Kong at
bkong@syr.edu
ahead of time or take a reasonable chance. |

Attend the
speech and take notes. Remember that you are required to
stay for the duration of the speech (it's just the polite thing to do). |

Within
48 hours, submit this form:
Extra
Credit Speaker Evaluation Form. The evaluation must be
turned in within two days of the speech. To see a
sample of a good form that received the full 5 points,
click
here. There are 30
possible points allowed for the semester.
If you donated
blood, you need to fill out
this survey. Students may attend
a maximum of 2 blood drives. If you
were denied because of health
problems, you may still complete the
form. |
